TUMBLAST TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

This is recommended for blast cleaning and peening of small size to medium size components in batch quantity. We manufacture tumblast type shot blasting machine in the following standard sizes. 1CFT / 2 CFT / 3 CFT / 5 CFT / 7 CFT. Other opetionals include PLC control for automation, Fully automatic with pneumatic / hydraulic door, mechanized auto loader. Customized sizes can be made available.

This machine is principally an endless belt that is contrived in such a way that the material to be blasted is cupped in the well that is formed as shown in fig. In operation, belt conveyer is moving in a direction as shown. The work piece therefore climbs up with the belt & tumble forward constantly exposing itself to the blast stream from all sides. Reversing the mill discharges the work pieces there by unloading the same. The load and unload can be made manually or automatically with hydraulic skip loaders.

Tumblast is used for the blast cleaning of small to medium size components in batch quantities. These machines are also used for shot peening of small components (uncontrolled). These machines are fully automatic (Optional) and easy to use.
