SHOT BLASTING MACHINE FOR WIRE BAR (COIL FORM)
This is the most economical alternative to acidic pickling for wire bars in coil form. The coil is placed on a mandrel and made to rotate in clock wise and anti clock wise direction to attain the cleaning all over. The trapezoidal projections on the mandrel in exposing the coil to the blast pattern by bringing inner rings to the blast pattern and vice versa.
